History
WILBO Joint Stock Company was founded in 1987. In 1991 the company started production of canned fish and other fish products. As a joint stock company it has been listed at the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 1998. The Company operates in clean environment, enjoying maritime climate thanks to its vicinity to the sea.Wilbo S.A. has five productions plants with modern production lines:
- canned fish
- frozen fish, breaded fish, frutti di mare
- fresh fish, portions
The Quality
The WILBO production processes meet the HACCP system requirements, which gives the customers a guarantee that the products in the technological process are analysed and supervised in order to rule out any improprieties. Thanks to the high requirements for suppliers, the company manufactures natural and wholesome products. WILBO has certificates authorizing it to export onto EU markets and other markets all over the world. Our factory has succesfuly passed IFS and BRC certification.The high quality of WILBO products is possible thanks to the highly qualified staff. A group of specialists in their respective fields serves our clients, partners and consumers with professional assistance.
The company has very specialised and modern laboratories in which intermediate products and ready-made products undergo quality examination.
Sales
Sales are managed directly from the company's headquarters. They are directed into all sales channels. Additionally, export is very exuberant.In order to meet the customers` expectations the delivery service to destinations is carried out fast and punctually from canned products warehouses and freezers located at the headquarters. We give satisfaction to our receivers with the highest quality of products and punctual deliveries.
The Export
Export constitutes about 12% of the total company's turnover and is still rising. In 2001 WILBO obtained authorization to export its products onto EU and US markets.The company's products were awarded the GOST certificate, which confirms the conformity of the product with Russian standards. The complex handling of orders is carried out in a professional way.
The company has developed products in: Arab Countries, Austria, Baltic Countries, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Germany, Great Britain, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Lebanon, Serbia and Montenegro, Slovakia, Romania, Russia.
